How to build your Virtual Art Exhibition?

How to prepare your virtual Art Exhibition?
1. Prepare your digital files. The shortest dimension of your image should be not less than 1200px. Please write your name, size of the the original work in cm., date of creation and a brief introduction in both Chinese and English if possible.
2. Choose your virtual Site according to the number of your paintings. Virtual Site should be in proportion to the actual site. Your past exhibition can be a good guideline to help you in this process.
3. Name your exhibition, design the poster and write a brief introduction within 300 words.
4. Make your E-art album. (See how to do it.)
5. List your artworks for sale.
6. Make your video show. (Optional)
7. Confirm your exhibition schedule.
8. Talk to the staff about your preferences, regarding light, layout, and other special requirement.
Typically, it will take 2 or 3 weeks to develop the virtual museum.

How can you publish your personal album at artwe.com and What is the procedure for it?
1. Prepare a PDF for printing, with single-pages and no bleeds format. For a laptop 800px is a good height and for a desktop 24inch monitor we recommend 1000px.
2. Prepare the thumbnail for the cover image 360px high, and a brief introduction no more than 200 words, both in Chinese and English.
3. Follow the steps in self-publishing and submit.
4. It will be released automatically in the on-line library after inspected.
Publishing personal album is free now. Please successfully register a publishing account on the self-publishing page, you can proceed to upload your e-books and albums following the tips on the page. Having been inspected, your e-books will be in our on-line library to be read or browsed. If not, you can ask for our assist and send the files to art@artwe.com.
